Day 1: Welcome to Cairo

Your Cairo and Nile cruise journey begins at your chosen hotel in Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be cordially received by our English-speaking representative, who will assist you with all formalities. Enjoy a private transfer in an air-conditioned van to your hotel in Cairo. Upon arrival, check in, rest, and refresh. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Pyramids of Giza and Egyptian Museum

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel. Meet your English-speaking Egyptologist tour guide to begin your adventure by visiting the famed far and wide Pyramids of Giza—Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure—where the greatness of the ancient world is embodied in three majestic pyramids and the enigmatic Sphinx, silently guarding the plateau for millennia.

After visiting the pyramids, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Continue your tour to the Egyptian Museum, where countless treasures, which is among the most comprehensive in the world, illustrate the fascinating history of Egypt. Don’t miss the room dedicated to King Tutankhamun, putting on display like a prized gem his treasures, jewelry, and the legendary golden mask, which were hidden in his tomb for over 3,500 years before their discovery in 1920. After your tour, return to your hotel for overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Fly to Aswan and Discover Its Wonders

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and meet our representative for a transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, join your Egyptologist guide to get a glimpse behind the curtain of Aswan’s beauty. Visit the impressive High Dam, built by President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 to protect Egypt from the Nile floods. Then, enjoy a scenic boat ride on the Nile River to Agilika Island to explore the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis, the mother of Horus, and built during the Greco-Roman era.

Afterward, visit the fascinating Unfinished Obelisk, made of red granite and dedicated to Amun-Ra, which remains partially carved out of bedrock. Once your tour concludes, you will be transferred to your luxury Nile cruise ship for check-in and an overnight stay in Aswan.

Day 4: Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples

This unique temple is actually two symmetrical temples built to honor both deities. Afterward, return to your ship for lunch while sailing along the scenic Nile.

In the afternoon, take a chariot ride to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, the most well-preserved temple in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus. After your visit, return to your cruise ship and relax on board, enjoying dinner and an evening Egyptian Folkloric Show party organized by the ship’s staff.

Day 5: Luxor’s West and East Banks

After breakfast on board, embark on an incredible tour of Luxor, the sacred city of ancient Egypt.
